Dr. Kwong was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo in 2020 after completing her nursing degree at the University of Alberta. While in optometry school, she was awarded the National Vision Inc. scholarship and the Transitions Students of Vision award.

Dr. Kwong believes in giving back to her community and has volunteered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Canadian Red Cross. She previously practiced as a registered nurse with Alberta Health Services and is an accomplished pianist having obtained her Associate Diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music. 

Dr. Kwong enjoys building lifelong relationships with her patients and can offer eye exams in both English and Cantonese. Outside of the practice, you can find her hiking, doing upcycling projects, and cheering for the Saskatchewan Roughriders!
